Minecraft servers may run legitimate server software, mods, plugins, datapacks, and community worlds. Customers should keep regular backups, avoid malicious plugins, and ensure player activity follows applicable platform and community rules.
Discord bots must follow Discord policies and may not be used for spam, phishing, token logging, raids, mass DM abuse, malicious automation, or evasion of Discord restrictions.
VPS customers receive more control and more responsibility. You must secure your operating system, firewall services, patch software, avoid open relays or proxies, and ensure applications do not create abuse or network instability.
Dedicated servers may be subject to manual provisioning, stock limits, upstream rules, and stricter abuse handling. DDoS testing, unauthorized scanning, and high-risk workloads require prior written approval.
Web hosting must not be used for phishing, malware, fake login pages, illegal downloads, spam landing pages, deceptive redirects, or sites that create reputation risk for ZapNodes infrastructure.
ZapNodes may offer backup tools or automated backups on selected services, but customers should always keep independent backups of important worlds, files, databases, websites, and bot code.
Support requests should include clear details, service name, screenshots or logs when possible, and respectful communication. Abuse toward staff, threats, spam tickets, or false claims may lead to support limits or service action.
Unlimited or unmetered descriptions do not mean infinite resource usage. ZapNodes may apply fair-use controls when a service harms performance, stability, security, or availability for other customers.
